Now comes your part – and we want you to understand how this works. We offer three types of plating - First is Rhodium or silver plating lasts longer and is water-resistant. And the other two are 18K gold plating and Rose Gold plating which are more susceptible to wearing off, so please take the maximum care that you can while wearing products with these two platings. We can definitely make these platings last longer however that requires mixing the platings with metals like
nickel/lead/cadmium which will make the plating long-lasting but also cause skin allergies. Hence we do not use these materials at all. We use pure materials that make our products allergy-free and safe for even the most sensitive skin users.

Steps to care for your silver jewellery:

• Always store your jewellery in clean, dry plastic zip locks/ air-tight boxes when not in use
• Do not keep them with other items to avoid scratches
• Remove your jewellery before going to bed
• Avoid:
  perfumes, soaps, lotions, hairsprays, chemicals, gymming, swimming and
  bathing while wearing your jewellery – in essence put on your jewellery
  as the last step of getting ready and take it off as the first step of winding down

Steps to clean your silver jewellery:

• Dust, moisture, sweat, lotions/moisturizers etc can cause grime accumulation on your jewellery over a period of time. You can easily clean your jewellery by gently rubbing it with a damp cloth soaked in lukewarm water that is pre-mixed with a bit of mild soap. Rinse with clean water pat completely dry with a soft cloth and your jewels are ready to sparkle again.

The estimated delivery time depends on the pin code and ranges between 2-7 business days from the date of dispatch. There could be unavoidable circumstances or delivery irregularities in which case the delivery timeline may extend

We request our customers to understand that we do not offer product
exchanges, returns or refunds. However, if the product is damaged or has
a major manufacturing defect then you may kindly write to us at
support@rityamjewels.com with the subject line ‘Issue with my product’
within 2 days of receiving your order with a complete unboxing video and
we’ll communicate the return address details to you.

All shipping charges that fall under this return will be borne by us.

Once we receive your return we will do a thorough quality inspection
and validate the exchange. Once it is approved we will provide a credit
voucher of the transacted amount within 48 hours of quality check
period.

You enjoy a 30-day period from the date of purchase of the defective
product to use this voucher. This voucher is valid for a one-time
single-transaction use only.

Items should be returned unused and contain all packaging
items/marketing collateral along with the box and courier bag received
along with the product.
